A highly professional young man who demonstrates a thirst for learning both the technical knowledge of construction and business development, and is at present also doing his MBA. Andrew has the passion and gained the necessary knowledge and determination to become one of the industry’s future leaders.

His interpersonal management skills are a key strength. During and after the Christchurch earthquakes he showed courage and personal commitment providing invaluable assistance to major clients. With a city thrown into utter chaos he lead a team assisting in the evacuation of buildings, rescuing people trapped in lifts and getting the injured to safety.

Into the second year of his ten year personal plan with a number of goals in place – this year he completed the two man team Coast to Coast and next year plans to go alone in the longest day competition – we wish him every success for the future.
